With the cooperation of the National Federation of Agricultural Co-operative Associations the London Shakunage Kai held an event at the Japan Festival held in Trafalgar Square to help dispose of harmful rumours regarding Fukushima. Agricultural products of Fukushima(including rice, peaches, apple juice) were sold, along with sushi rice bowls made with Fukushima rice. Many people enjoyed the delicious food, and next year we are planning a new event to appeal the safety of Fukushima food to the world.
The help of the rest of the world is necessary when dealing with the issues faced in Fukushima.
