■Menya Ukarayakara (Fukushima City)
Based on Kitakata ramen, this restaurant opened with the aim of serving the noodles in Fukushima City. The soup is simple, but has a rich taste, and the curly ramen noodles have been made to perfection using 100% domestically produced flour for which they are loved.

■Gyoza-no Terui, Minamiyanome restaurant (Fukushima City)
Opened in 1953, this is a branch of Gyoza-no Terui of Iizaka Onsen, famous for its "enban gyoza (disk-shaped platter of dumplings)".
Restaurants serving the "enban gyoza" in Fukushima City gathered to form the Fukushima Gyoza Association. Diners can enjoy the "enban gyoza" unique to each of the restaurants.
The dumplings are arranged in a circle and fried in a frying pan, creating a beautiful disk-shaped platter.
