Signing a Memorandum of Understanding with the State of Hamburg (October 2019)

In October 2019, Fukushima Prefecture signed a Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation in the field of renewable energy with the State of Hamburg, Germany in order to further expand exchanges in the field of renewable energy.

With REH, a renewable energy-related industry support organization in the prospering port city of Hamburg, where the wind power generation industry is concentrated and which has been holding exhibitions in the field of wind power generation in for many years, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed by the agglomeration support organization EAF on September 7 in 2018, and since then the cooperation has been further deepening.
