The Great East Japan Earthquake and Nuclear Accident Archive Centre is set to open in Futaba Town of Fukushima Prefecture, in 2020.
◆About the Great East Japan Earthquake and Nuclear Accident Archive Centre
The Centre will pass on the memories and records from the Great East Japan Earthquake and nuclear accident to future generations. At the same time, it is being established as a place from where information will be disseminated on the great efforts made by Fukushima to restore the prefecture, and the gratitude felt by the people for all the domestic and international support that has been received.
The "Memories of Fukushima, and Its Future," to be disseminated from the Archive Centre, have been made into a video.
We hope it will give you insights into the the history of Fukushima, from before the disaster to the present, and help you understand the Archive Centre.
