I am proud to say that I live in Fukushima.
Fukushima is a wonderful prefecture full of history and culture. In the few short months that I have lived here, I have never felt more welcomed or at home. From the beautiful countryside to the thriving cities, Fukushima has so much to offer. Having recently participated in the JET study tour, I have seen first-hand not only the fantastic history and culture of Fukushima, but also the hard work and commitment that the prefecture has put in to ensuring that it is a safe place to live. I think we can all learn something from Fukushima’s resilience and determination.
