For the purpose of expanding the number of foreign tourists, promoting traditional crafts and local industries, and inheriting and developing traditional culture, this artistic project - which is focused on the Soma Nomaoi festival and traditional crafts reimagined by a renowned designer - will showcase not only the samurai spirit of 'bushido' passed down through the prefecture's history, but also the deeply-rooted traditional culture and captivating locally-made products of Fukushima Prefecture to both a domestic and international audience.

At the same time, “Furusato Festival 2019” (hosted by the Furusato Festival Executive Committee) will be held at Stage within the stadium.
