Lake Inawashiro and Mt. Bandai from Seishohin beach

Aomatsuhama, which is over 100 years old and has a Japanese-style lakeside landscape with lush pine forests and white sandy beaches, is said to have been named by Emperor Taisho at the former resort of Prince Arisugawa Takehito. You can see the magnificent Mt. Bandai over the shallow and calm shore of the lake. In winter, with the white Mt. Bandai in the background, you can see the snowy landscape of swans flying for wintering floating in the quiet Lake Inawashiro.
