Lake Hibara from the entrance to Yachonomori Forest
Many lakes, including Goshikinuma, were born in the 1888 eruption of Mt. Bandai. Lake Hibara, which has the largest and most beautiful islands, shows a mysterious and magnificent appearance in each season. The fresh green season of early summer is also popular, but the scenery of colorful tents where you can enjoy smelt fishing on a frozen lake is one of the winter traditions.
